Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve complex consumer issues and provide guidance to first-level representatives on high-level concerns.

  • Utilize excellent decision-making skills and innovation to respond to consumer concerns while adhering to company and departmental guidelines.

Qualifications and Requirements

Essential Qualifications

  • A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.
  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to type at least 25 words per minute.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Comfortable using desktop computer systems.
  • Proven oral and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 months of Call Center experience.
  • Logical problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work various shifts.
  • Proficiency in using Windows operating systems.
  • Organization and work prioritization skills.
