Job Summary
As a QA Analyst & Customer Representative - Live Chat Support at StudioBinder, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional support to new and existing customers through our live chat tool. You'll troubleshoot issues, answer questions, and guide customers through our various services and products. Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via live chat, responding quickly and effectively to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Create high-quality support documentation to help customers navigate our software and troubleshoot common issues.
- Develop engaging product videos for support purposes, including writing, recording, and editing video content.
- Relay support inquiries to the correct departments, ensuring that customer issues are addressed promptly and efficiently.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and workflows while maintaining a high level of productivity.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- Film industry experience: You have a background in film production, which will help you understand our software and provide valuable insights to customers.
- Live chat support experience: You've worked in live chat support or a similar customer-facing role, providing excellent service and resolving customer issues.
- Video production and editing skills: You have experience with video production and editing, which will help you create high-quality support content.
- Tech-savvy: You're comfortable with technology and have strong problem-solving skills, which will enable you to troubleshoot issues and provide effective support.
- Excellent communication skills: You have strong reading comprehension, listening, and writing skills, which will help you communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Typing speed and accuracy: You can type a minimum of 65 words per minute with high accuracy.

What We Offer
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive hourly rate: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience.
- Full-time position: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
