Manager, Leadership and Professional Development Programs (Remote Option Available)
About the position
Responsibilities
• Assess, recommend, create, and implement leadership development processes and solutions based on business plans.
• Partner with outside consultants and manage vendor relationships to deliver impactful programs.
• Manage multiple cohorts of leadership programs, ensuring they meet objectives and timelines.
• Enhance leadership caliber through development initiatives and coaching.
• Design and facilitate leadership and professional development programs for all organizational levels.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to mid-senior level leaders.
• Conduct feedback sessions to debrief participants on leadership assessments and development processes.
• Create comprehensive development program solutions for leaders and high-potential audiences.
• Stay updated on management and leadership developments to serve as a subject matter expert.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to management.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of five years in talent management or related field.
• Advanced degree in Organizational Development, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, MBA, or relevant field preferred.
• 2-3 years of management or management consulting experience preferred, or 9 years in talent management with 3-5 years of management experience.
• Extensive knowledge of leadership development research and adult learning theory.
• Advanced facilitation and coaching skills.
• Project management and business process improvement skills.
Nice-to-haves
• Experience in the Financial Services Industry.
• Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project Planning skills.
