Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Locating and inputting data for 12 specific attributes per document across approximately 330 documents, including:
    • Identifying contract types for each document
    • Finding and recording effective dates for each document
    • Entering data values into a provided worksheet
  • Consulting with the Legal team as needed for any clarifications or questions
  • Ensuring data accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of data entry
  • Meeting productivity and quality standards in a fast-paced remote environment
  • Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful as a Data Entry Clerk at blithequark, you will need:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Excel and experience using a MacBook or similar laptop
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
