Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Clerk at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
- Locating and inputting data for 12 specific attributes per document across approximately 330 documents, including:
- Identifying contract types for each document
- Finding and recording effective dates for each document
- Entering data values into a provided worksheet
- Consulting with the Legal team as needed for any clarifications or questions
- Ensuring data accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of data entry
- Meeting productivity and quality standards in a fast-paced remote environment
- Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful as a Data Entry Clerk at blithequark, you will need:
Essential Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Excel and experience using a MacBook or similar laptop
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
- High level of accuracy and efficiency in data entry

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
