As a Customer Experience Expert, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a positive outcome and fostering customer loyalty.
- Provide accurate and detailed product information, assisting customers with order processing and addressing any concerns they may have.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, using our software applications to document and track customer issues.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date on Blithequark policies and procedures, adhering to our high standards of customer service.
Requirements:
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, meeting productivity and performance standards.
- Proficiency with computers and various software applications, including our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment, conducive to productivity and focus.
