Key Responsibilities: Delivering Exceptional Customer Service and Driving Sales
- Handle incoming calls and utilize a proactive sales approach to identify additional sales and service opportunities, driving revenue growth and customer retention.
- Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of blithequark's products and services, customer account and billing processes, and various policies and procedures related to product delivery and service.
- Present a professional, confident, and enthusiastic image to build trusting relationships with customers, ensuring a positive brand experience.
- Provide high levels of customer account management by accurately setting up and maintaining account information and data, ensuring seamless customer interactions.
- Process and coordinate Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Accounts Payable functions and activities, demonstrating attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Handle administrative tasks, including data entry, reporting, and reconciliation around asset and inventory controls and purchasing, showcasing your versatility and ability to multitask.
