Job Overview

As a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our teacher pension data. Your primary responsibility will be to accurately enter and update data into our database, review and verify data for accuracy and completeness, and maintain existing data records. You will also generate and distribute reports as required by management, collaborate with team members to resolve data discrepancies, and maintain thorough documentation of all data processing activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter and update teacher pension data into blithequark's database, ensuring all information is current and correct.
  • Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting any errors or discrepancies.
  • Maintain and update existing data records, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Generate and distribute reports as required by management, providing timely and accurate information to support business decisions.
  • Ensure all data processing activities comply with blithequark's policies and relevant regulations, maintaining the highest level of data integrity and security.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve any data discrepancies, providing excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with additional certifications in data management or related fields being a plus. Previous experience in data entry or data processing is preferred, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is essential. Familiarity with database management systems is also desirable.
