About the Role: We are seeking a talented and experienced HR Partner to join our team at Flipkart. Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and execute recruitment strategies. Ensure a seamless candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
- Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Performance Management: Support the performance management process, including goal setting, feedback, and development plans.

Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as an HR Partner or similar HR role in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and MS Office Suite.
