- Lead a team of developers in creating robust, cloud native, and highly scalable solutions in data management and security domains
- Attract and retain talent through effective talent growth strategies
- Accelerate adoption of engineering practices and curate incubated projects
- Guide stakeholders in design and architecture discussions and make key technology choices
- Effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 8 years of experience in software engineering
- At least 1 year experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)
- At least 4 years of people management experience
- Strong engineering and technology background
- How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's Degree
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with various programming languages
- Experience with cloud services and containerization technologies
- Experience in open source frameworks and front-end development
- Experience in Big Data, Data Security, Governance and Controls
