You will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, sharing sales links, and offering discounts, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to live chat messages promptly, addressing customer questions and needs. Provide customers with relevant sales links and exclusive discounts. Utilize critical thinking and technical skills to guide customers to the best solutions. Work independently while closely following provided steps and instructions. No fixed-term contract, giving you the flexibility to work on your terms. Qualifications:

Must have a device (phone, tablet, or laptop) with access to social media and website chat functions.
Ability to work independently, ensuring top-notch customer service.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to following instructions.
Availability of at least 5 hours per week, with the opportunity to work up to 40 hours.
Reliable internet connection.
Rate: $35 per hour.
