What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Process a wide range of registration functions involving multiple programs and policies
Handle 60-100 incoming and outgoing calls per day
Maintain department standard audit error rate and not ready time of 25% or less
Schedule appointments accurately while ensuring the highest level of customer service
Report directly to the Registration Manager and Manager - Centralized Scheduling for daily operations
What Is Required (Qualifications)
High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of experience in a service-related field
Ability to manage a high volume of calls efficiently
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in registration processes
Compliance with attendance policies and departmental standards

Experience in a healthcare-related service environment
Familiarity with patient registration and scheduling systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team
