What You Will Be Doing:
As a live chat customer support agent, you will manage incoming queries via live chat on our business websites and social media platforms.
Handle both support questions from existing customers and sales inquiries from potential new customers, ensuring a responsive and supportive experience.
Contract Length: Open-ended
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/Background Needed:
Must possess a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone, Tablet, Laptop).
Ability to work independently, follow detailed instructions, and make sound judgments.
Must be available to work at... least 10 hours per week.
A reliable internet connection is essential.
Hours per Week: Minimum of 10 hours, with flexible scheduling to accommodate personal commitments.
