- Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients with product inquiries, technical issues, and order processing
- Troubleshoot problems and provide solutions in a timely manner
- Collaborate with colleagues worldwide to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and customer satisfaction
- Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
