What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide exceptional customer service during initial inquiries by educating clients on services and scheduling evaluations
Follow contact center scripts and maintain professionalism in all client interactions
Build rapport with clients of various personality types
Keep accurate records of conversations in the call center system
Meet personal and team service targets for quality and quantity
What Is Required (Qualifications)
High school diploma or GED
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable and dependable work habits
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous sales or customer service experience
Bilingual in Spanish and English
