Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone
Assist with data entry and record keeping
Provide feedback on customer experiences
Support marketing efforts with social media engagement
Participate in virtual team meetings
Help organize virtual events and webinars
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Complete other administrative tasks as assigned
