Working Hours

Night Shift: 8:00 PM to 12:00 AM (Eastern Standard Time)

Responsibilities
• Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and chat.
• Perform accurate data entry and record-keeping tasks.
• Assist with administrative tasks and project coordination.
• Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information.
• Update and maintain client databases and CRM systems.
• Prepare and send out regular reports as required.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow.
