Job Description

As a customer service representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping to resolve their issues and ensuring they have an excellent shopping experience. – Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

– Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

– Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times

– Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents

– Work closely with the customer service team to meet individual and team goals

Requirements

– High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

– Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
