We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and updating data in our systems. Responsibilities
? Accurately enter data into various software systems from both paper documents and digital sources
? Update and maintain databases to ensure data integrity and accuracy
? Perform regular data quality checks and corrections
? Communicate effectively with team members to resolve discrepancies
? Organize and file all data-related documents
? Assist in generating reports as needed
Requirements
? High school diploma or equivalent
? Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
? Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
? Excellent typing speed and accuracy
? Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
? Good communication skills, both written and verbal
? Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
