What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Lead the Weekly/Quarterly S&OP process for a major telecommunications account across various devices
• Develop demand forecasts to align with sales, financial, and inventory goals
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to optimize inventory levels and production capabilities
• Communicate daily with headquarters and local teams regarding production allocation and inventory management
• Manage aging inventories and coordinate clearance plans with relevant teams

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, supply chain, or a related field
• Minimum of 6 years' experience in sales operations, supply chain management, or a related field
• Experience in a high-volume retail environment, preferably within consumer electronics or packaged goods
• Proficiency in advanced supply chain management systems (e.g., SAP) and advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral
