We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Social Media Moderator to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Social Media Moderator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive online presence on our Facebook platform. This remote position offers flexibility and an opportunity to engage with our online community. Responsibilities: • Content Moderation: • Review and moderate user-generated content on the Facebook platform. • Ensure that all content complies with community guidelines and company policies. • Respond promptly to user inquiries and comments with a professional and friendly tone. • Community Engagement: • Foster a sense of community by actively engaging with users through comments and messages. • Monitor discussions and trends to identify opportunities for positive interactions. • Encourage user-generated content and participation in community initiatives. • Issue Resolution: • Address and resolve customer concerns or issues raised on the Facebook page. • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for further assistance. • Feedback Analysis: • Compile and analyze user feedback to provide insights for improving community engagement. • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement strategies based on user input. Qualifications: • Previous experience in social media moderation is a plus. • Excellent written communication skills. • Strong understanding of Facebook's community guidelines and policies. • Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy. • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
