Key Responsibilities: • Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to PepsiCo products and services. • Assist customers with order status, product information, and general inquiries, ensuring a seamless experience. • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, feedback, and resolutions. • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, logistics, and technical support, to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction. • Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and ensure long-term satisfaction. • Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals, including response times, resolution times, and customer satisfaction metrics.

Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred. • Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a remote environment. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. • Technical proficiency with computers and various software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and customer service platforms. • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace to perform job duties remotely.

Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in the food and beverage or consumer goods industry is a plus. • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software. • Bilingual (Spanish or other languages) is a plus.
