Key Responsibilities
Maintain precise and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.

Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets, offering insights and recommendations based on financial data.

Ensure adherence to tax regulations at all levels and aid in the preparation of tax-related documents.
Manage expense reports, oversee petty cash, and make certain that all expenditures remain within budget limits.
Utilize accounting software, particularly QuickBooks, to maintain financial records and transactions.
Required Skills
Demonstrated experience as a Bookkeeper or in a comparable role.
Strong grasp of fundamental bookkeeping and accounting principles.
Proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
