    Job Summary:


    We are seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Manager with a strong background in SEO and HubSpot to lead our pre-launch and post-launch growth strategies, drive user acquisition, and enhance our digital presence. This role will be crucial in building and scaling our marketing efforts to ensure successful launch and long-term growth.


    Key Responsibilities:



    • Develop and Execute Growth Strategies: Design, implement, and oversee comprehensive growth marketing campaigns that align with our launch objectives and future business goals.

    • SEO Management: Lead and optimize all SEO strategies to increase organic search traffic, improve keyword rankings, and enhance overall visibility, especially in preparation for launch.

    • HubSpot Utilization: Manage and maximize the use of HubSpot for inbound marketing, automation workflows, lead generation, and analytics to drive engagement pre- and post-launch.

    • Content Strategy: Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality, SEO-friendly content that engages target audiences and supports launch initiatives.

    • Performance Analysis: Monitor, track, and analyze marketing performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure optimal pre-launch momentum and post-launch success.

    • A/B Testing and Experimentation: Run A/B tests to identify opportunities for improved conversion rates across various marketing channels in preparation for the launch.

    • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing campaigns with company-wide launch efforts.

    • Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring ROI-driven initiatives that support a strong market entry.

    • Market Research: Stay informed on market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging tools that could enhance our marketing outcomes during the critical launch phase.


    Requirements:



    • Experience: 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, with a proven track record of leading successful campaigns in B2B SaaS or fintech industries.

    • SEO Expertise: Deep understanding of SEO best practices, tools, and techniques, particularly in a high-impact, launch-focused setting.

    • HubSpot Proficiency: Advanced experience in utilizing HubSpot for marketing automation and CRM functions.

    • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data, generate insights, and pivot strategies based on performance metrics to support launch goals.

    • Project Management: Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, especially during the high-pressure launch period.

    • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Fluent English speaking a must for global workforce.
