At Rossum, we’re we’re reshaping how businesses manage and process document and we're looking for a superstar Paid Marketing Manager. In this role, you’ll lead the entire paid advertising journey, from strategic planning to ad creation, targeting, and performance optimization. Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement an agile paid marketing strategy across channels like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and more. You’ll take full ownership of our ad presence, driving conversions and business growth.

  • Roll up your sleeves to manage campaigns across platforms, fine-tuning bids, keywords, and targeting to meet and exceed ROI targets.

  • Work with content and design teams (or take the lead yourself!) to develop standout ad copy, visuals, and landing pages that attract and convert.

  • Conduct quick, deep-dive audience research to create targeted ad sets. Use demographic and behavioral insights to maximize impact.

  • Lead monthly and quarterly ad budgets, reacting swiftly to changes in campaign performance and ensuring budget is optimized.

  • Continuously track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, sharing insights and actionable recommendations to optimize ongoing campaigns.

  • Regularly launch A/B tests on ad copy, visuals, and targeting strategies to quickly improve campaign performance.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams in product, sales, and content to ensure alignment and boost overall impact.

  • Be quick to adopt industry trends, competitor tactics, and platform updates to stay ahead.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a hands-on paid marketer, especially with Google Ads, social ads (Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn), and other digital ad platforms.

  • Creative problem solver with an eye for what works visually and strategically in digital ads.

  • Quick to adapt and optimize in fast-paced environments.

  • Proficiency with ad management tools (Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) and analytics tools like Google Analytics

  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to campaign performance.

  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
