Responsibilities

Assist customers with account setup, billing questions, and troubleshooting streaming problems or technical difficulties.
Provide clear and accurate information regarding available content, features, and subscription options.
Document customer interactions and feedback in our customer management system to support service improvement efforts.
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and enhance the overall user experience.
Stay updated on industry trends and service updates to provide customers with the best recommendations and insights.
Prior experience in customer service is preferred, particularly in the tech or entertainment industry.
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
A passion for online streaming services and a good understanding of popular content platforms.
Proficiency in using customer service software and basic troubleshooting methods.
Ability to empathize with customers and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
