The Inside Sales Representative (Remote) works from home and interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding client's products and/or services.

As a Concentrix Inside Sales Representative (Remote) working from home, you will:

<li>Close sales, work on prospecting, negotiation, presentation, and use B2B skills</li>
<li>Use product knowledge, build client relationships, and find new ways to retain customers</li>
<li>Be detail-oriented when it comes to sales of products and services</li>
<li>Upsell and spontaneously offer additional products and services</li>
<li>Meet or exceed all metrics and sales goals set by leadership</li>
