About the position As a Starbucks shift supervisor, you will lead store operations during your shift, ensuring high-quality customer service and product delivery. You will work closely with a team of baristas, fostering a positive and energetic environment while guiding and motivating your team. This role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and the ability to create an uplifting experience for both customers and partners. Responsibilities ? Lead each shift and manage store operations standards. , ? Work alongside baristas to deliver quality customer service and expertly-crafted products. , ? Create a positive and encouraging team environment. , ? Guide and influence team members to enhance their performance. , ? Maintain store safety and security standards. , ? Handle cash and ensure accurate cash management. , ? Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages according to standard recipes. Requirements ? Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment - 1 year. , ? Six months of experience in a position requiring constant customer interaction. , ? Six months of experience delegating tasks to other employees. , ? Ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality. , ? Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Nice-to-haves ? Experience in a leadership role within a retail or restaurant environment. , ?
