What You Will Be Doing:
Responding to live chat inquiries, offering prompt and accurate assistance to customers.
Providing support through emails and live chat, including answering questions, providing sales links, and processing discounts.
Utilizing a variety of digital tools to maintain effective communication and organization.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $35 per hour.
Skills/Background Needed:
Access to a reliable device capable of handling social media and website chat functionalities (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).
Ability to work autonomously, with a strong sense of responsibility to adhere to schedules and guidelines.
Commitment to a minimum of 5 hours per week, ensuring reliable internet connectivity.
Hours per week: 5 ?? 40 hours a week
Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
