About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will assist with administrative tasks, manage phone calls, and oversee a virtual Zoom lobby. If you have excellent communication skills, experience with Google Sheets and Excel, and a sales-minded mentality, we?d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities: ? Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and email management ? Manage and moderate a virtual Zoom lobby ? Answer and make phone calls in a professional and friendly manner ? Maintain and update records using Google Sheets and Excel ? Provide excellent customer service and support ? Assist with light sales-related tasks and follow-ups

Requirements: ? Prior experience in administrative support or virtual assistance ? Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel ? Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal) ? A professional and friendly phone demeanor ? Sales-minded with a proactive approach to problem-solving ? Ability to work part-time during PST hours

Compensation:
