About the Job:
We’re looking for motivated, dependable, and upbeat individuals to join our cleaning crew. This isn’t your average cleaning job — you’ll get a serious workout, have a flexible schedule, and be part of a fun, supportive team that takes pride in doing great work.
- What You’ll Do:
- Clean residential homes and short-term rentals (Airbnbs)
- Follow detailed checklists to ensure top-quality service
- Work solo or with a partner depending on the job
- Travel between jobs using your own reliable vehicle
- Use company-provided equipment and eco-friendly supplies
- Represent Mad Clean with professionalism and a smile
- Communicate with the team and management as needed

- Requirements:
- Positive attitude is a must
- Must pass a background check
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation (AWD/4WD for winter)
- Must carry vehicle insurance
- Able to lift and carry 25 lbs repeatedly
- Able to bend, kneel, twist, and reach
- Smartphone with GPS capability
- Can follow directions and work independently
- Schedule & Pay:
- Part-time: 10–20 hrs/week to start, with potential for more as we grow
- Weekend availability strongly preferred
- Pay starts at $16/hr
- Quarterly reviews with opportunities for raises
