WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Receives inbound video calls and fulfills requests by clarifying desired information, completing transactions, and forwarding requests
• Provide video demonstrations of the client’s products while on camera in a retail setting
• Maintain sales support database; answers inquiries by researching, locating, and providing the desired information
• Determines wants and needs of consumers while driving and closing the sale to increase the sales of client’s products
• Actively engaging consumers via video conferencing while working through technical issues
• Describe technical components using readily understandable terms to ensure you are effectively conveying the features and benefits of the products to all audiences
• Other tasks as assigned by management

WHAT YOU’LL BRINGExperience and Education:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 3+ years retail customer service and retail sales experience

Skills and Attributes:

• Ability to successfully influence consumer buying decisions
• Strong interpersonal communication and soft skills
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills on camera
• Must be comfortable interfacing directly with consumers via video conferencing
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 suite
• Ability to demonstrate a high level of technical understanding of consumer electronics
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint applications
