- Receives inbound video calls and fulfills requests by clarifying desired information, completing transactions, and forwarding requests
- Provide video demonstrations of the client’s products while on camera in a retail setting
- Maintain sales support database; answers inquiries by researching, locating, and providing the desired information
- Determines wants and needs of consumers while driving and closing the sale to increase the sales of client’s products
- Actively engaging consumers via video conferencing while working through technical issues
- Describe technical components using readily understandable terms to ensure you are effectively conveying the features and benefits of the products to all audiences
- Other tasks as assigned by management
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 3+ years retail customer service and retail sales experience
- Ability to successfully influence consumer buying decisions
- Strong interpersonal communication and soft skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills on camera
- Must be comfortable interfacing directly with consumers via video conferencing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 suite
- Ability to demonstrate a high level of technical understanding of consumer electronics
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint applications
- Regularly stand, sit, walk, bend over, grasp, push or pull, talk and/or hear
- Regularly lift and carry objects up to 10 lbs.
- Continuous hand/eye coordination and fine manipulation
