Job Description

For 70 years, Kelly Services has provided outstanding employment opportunities to the most talented individuals in the marketplace. Today we are proud to offer a Contact Center Customer Service Inbound/Outbound I position for a top Insurance Company located Woodridge, IL.

Additional Responsibilities Include:

Inbound/Outbound Call Center Representatives for Call Center Handles incoming calls orders, inquiries, complaints, etc. Places outbound calls regarding account status, complains, account collection, etc. Directs calls for further problem resolution, if necessary. Job Requirements:

At least one year of Call Center, strong customer service experience.
At least HS/GED
Any customer service will do with good comm. skills and phone etiquette, computer exp.
