Roles: As a Remote Support Representative, you will assist customers via a chat widget on our business’s website. You’ll provide them with discount codes, clarify our refund policies, and answer their questions using a comprehensive document with FAQs. Support from a supervisor will be available for more complex inquiries.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Location: This position is fully remote, with a preference for candidates within the United States.

Requirements:

Access to a device capable of using social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).
Ability to work independently.
Must be able to closely follow provided instructions.
Availability of 20+ hours per week.
A reliable internet connection.
Contract Length: No fixed term.

Hours per Week: 20 – 40 hours.
