 Plan and execute lessons for students at multiple levels of English proficiency.
 Implement strategies grounded in research to teach language skills effectively.
 Collaborate with colleagues to align language instruction with content learning.
 Continuously assess student progress and modify instruction to meet their needs.
 Build an inclusive space that values cultural diversity, partnering with families to support learning beyond the classroom.
Qualifications:  Required:  BachelorÂs degree in Education, TESOL, Linguistics, or a related field  Valid New Hampshire teaching license with an endorsement in ESL/ELL (or equivalent)  Experience working with multilingual learners or culturally diverse populations  Preferred:  MasterÂs degree in TESOL, Education, or a related area  Proficiency in a second language  Familiarity with WIDA standards and assessments  Experience with differentiated instruction and culturally responsive teaching practices
Highlights:

 Guaranteed Weekly Hours
 Hourly Rate: $30-$40
 Based on experience, education level, and other factors
