We're building our team and are looking for a creative Recruiter - 100% Remote Role - Full-time! This position is based in Remote and we are looking to fill it quickly. This position requires a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas to drive success. You will be compensated with a competitive salary for your time and effort.

As a Recruiter, you will play a critical role in... supporting PeopleSERVE’s recruitment strategy of building a talent pool to support our clients’ hiring needs.

Responsibilities include:
• Conduct coordinated recruitment outreach through our various job boards along with messaging templates and a recruitment workflow.
• Utilize our job boards and automation system and follow our recruitment processes and methodology to ensure best practices in candidate outreach.
• Collaborate daily by providing real-time updates from your recruiting and outreach efforts.
• Thorough documentation of recruitment activity into our Applicant Tracking System.

To be managed against the following KPI’s:
• Hours spent actively sourcing
• Candidates Screened
• Candidates Submitted to Sales team

Who we are looking for:
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow a defined workflow and recruitment methodology.
• Ability to leverage technology and manage your time efficiently.
• Ability to optimize our recruitment process and evaluate opportunities for process improvement.
• Must possess strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

This is a full time, 100% remote role. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm EST.
