Schedule: Monday-Friday

Compensation: Earn up to $40,000 annually plus performance-based bonuses

Your Role as a Remote CSR/Sales Rep:

Engage with Customers: Utilize your active listening skills to fully understand and address customer needs.

Problem-Solving Excellence: Resolve billing issues, process policy changes, and guide customers through benefit claims with empathy and accuracy.

Brand Ambassador: Represent the company with professionalism and a commitment to providing top-notch service.

Proactive Support: Assist customers in securing the best coverage by recommending additional products that meet their unique needs.

What You Need to Succeed as a Remote CSR/Sales Rep:

Reliable Work History: Demonstrated commitment with no more than 4 jobs in the past 10 years.

Education: High school diploma or GED.

Workspace: A quiet, distraction-free environment with a dedicated hard-wired phone line.

Clear Background Check: Must be able to pass a comprehensive background screening.
