About Us:
We are a dynamic and growing company seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. This role will primarily focus on administrative support and accounting tasks using QuickBooks Online.

Key Responsibilities: • Perform general office tasks, including data entry, email correspondence, and scheduling. • Manage accounts payable and receivable in QuickBooks Online. • Reconcile accounts, prepare invoices, and handle financial transactions. • Maintain organized digital records and ensure accurate documentation. • Provide administrative support to team members as needed. • Assist in preparing reports and financial summaries. • Communicate with vendors and clients to address inquiries and concerns.

Qualifications: • Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role. • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is required. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. • Basic understanding of accounting principles. • Comfortable with remote work tools such as Zoom, Slack, or similar platforms.

Preferred Skills:
• Previous experience in a remote work setting.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
• Ability to adapt to new tools and software quickly.
