Key Responsibilities: • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding flight bookings, cancellations, modifications, and general queries. • Assist customers in navigating Delta’s website and mobile app. • Resolve issues related to ticketing, baggage, refunds, and loyalty program accounts. • Provide accurate and timely information to ensure customer satisfaction. • Document customer interactions and update records in compliance with company policies. • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently.
