Responsibilities:
Develop and implement business development strategies to attract new clients for our staffing services.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both onsite and offshore markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Understand client needs and provide tailored staffing solutions to meet their requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of staffing services.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and business growth objectives.
Requirements:
Proven experience in business development, preferably in the staffing industry.
Strong understanding of onsite and offshore staffing models.
