Yes, you read that right The position is in our Cleveland division, where you can shine by combining your administrative support skills and dance background into one role. This is an opportunity to enrich children through dance, always have a change of scenery at different locations, and work with a company that is going beyond the norm. This can be a full-time or part-time position based on the right person A bit about us: Dance To EvOLvE is a mobile children's dance company, and is unique as we don't have ?one' studio. Through our great teachers, we offer high quality classes in recreation centers, schools and other venues all around Cleveland, Chicago, and San Diego. We have specialized in ages 2-12 years in ballet, tap, and hip hop since 2008. We are a team who love what we do and love the dancing kiddos Our mission is to evolve our students through dance while creating heart-warming smiles We have a vision to become the #1 choice in children's dance classes (You'll see from all the exclamation points that excitement, bubbliness, and high energy is key around here.) A bit about the role: Most importantly, we are looking for the perfect culture fit who can help us grow our company We can adjust some of the administrative/office tasks to fit your strengths, and will cator the hours and responsibilities accordingly. You would take on regular, long-term classes around the Cleveland area, as well as be our go-to instructor if there is a need for a last minute-substitute. For that reason, some weekends and or evenings will be required. (Yeah, this section got a bit more serious, but we are also hard workers who want to grow with the company.) The dance teacher side would give you multiple weekly children's classes in tap, ballet and/or hip hop in our Cleveland area division. (We provide a great teacher training program if you need to rehearse your teaching skills a bit.) Position is Cleveland based, so reliable transportation is required. Can be part time or full time, depending on availability. Starting hourly pay and bonus potential Paid holidays, sick and vacation time, plus volunteer time off. Approxmately 10-15 hours on the teaching side with weekly classes, subbing, camps and other opportunities. The Basic Requirements: College degree preferred Understand how to wear a lot of hats and change priorities as needed Self-starter and team player Aligns with our mission, values and goals Developing and maintaining relationshps Dance teaching experience in ballet, tap, and hip hop. Fully vaccinated Ideally has experience in: Social media Sales Experience in: Canva (or something similar), Google Docs, and Mac experience a plus.
