As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The Online Account Support Representative will be responsible for assisting DoorDash customers with any... account-related issues or inquiries through online platforms.

Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner
• Troubleshoot and resolve account-related issues, such as password resets or payment discrepancies
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for all DoorDash users
• Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex issues and find solutions quickly
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account changes
• Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers
