Job Description:DoorDash is seeking a reliable and resilient Online Account Support Representative to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The Online Account Support Representative will be responsible for assisting DoorDash customers with any... account-related issues or inquiries through online platforms.
- Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshoot and resolve account-related issues, such as password resets or payment discrepancies
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for all DoorDash users
