Job Description:Booking.com is seeking a part-time Online Customer Service Representative to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but we are looking for individuals who are adaptable, passionate, innovative, and have critical thinking skills...Responsibilities:
• Assist customers via phone, email, and chat with any inquiries or issues they may have regarding their bookings
• Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers and finding solutions to their problems
• Manage customer complaints and ensure a timely resolution
• Utilize Booking.com's systems and tools to navigate through booking information and provide accurate information to customers
• Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction
• Meet and exceed performance goals set by the company
• Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures to ensure accurate information is provided to customers
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and ability to navigate through multiple systems
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
