We measure ourselves by reductions in preterm births, NICU admissions, c-sections and maternal mortality; we improve outcomes and reduce healthcare spend.
Role Description

Your North Star: Provide direct patient care overnight through chat, phone, and video to Pomelo patients.

In this role you will:
• Engage in direct obstetrics patient care on Saturdays 8pm-8am ET as a Pomelo provider
• Assess urgent concerns and proactively triage patients to support... appropriate utilization of emergency services
• Complete documentation of all overnight patient encounters
• Collaborate with daytime clinical staff to ensure smooth transition of care for patients who contacted us overnight
• Represent the Pomelo practice in a warm and professional manner
• Demonstrate humility, accountability, and initiative internally as well as in patient interactions

Requirements: • Have 4+ years experience in obstetrics care as a CNM or WHNP/FNP • Reside in a nursing compact state • Are internet-connected, able to work remotely via video, phone and text • Are willing to get licensed in multiple states • Flexible and agile thinker who embraces change

Bonus points for:
• Telehealth and/or remote monitoring experience
• Experience in outpatient or home-based management of higher-risk patients
