Responsibilities:

Respond to live chat inquiries on a business’s website or social media accounts.
Handle customer support queries concerning returns, re-ordering, and other common issues.
Collaborate effectively across channels to ensure customer satisfaction.
Rate:

$35 per hour.
Contract Length:

No fixed term, offering you flexibility.
Skills/Background Needed:

Access to a device capable of using social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).
Ability to work independently and meticulously follow detailed instructions.
Availability to work at least 5 hours per week.
A reliable internet connection is a must.
Hours per Week:

Flexible schedule ranging from 5 to 40 hours per week.
