Customer Service Representative –Hybrid (4 days remote/ 1 day on-site)

What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Take incoming phone calls from customers and address account-related questions and concerns
• Educate customers on finance charges, late fees, payment options, and account management
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues within company policies and applicable laws
• Ensure a positive customer experience with every interaction
• Balance customer needs with meeting performance metrics and company expectations

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• High school diploma or 6 months of related experience/training
• Basic to moderate computer knowledge and keyboard skills
• Ability to multi-task in a high-energy office environment
• Effective communication skills and ability to handle stressful customer interactions
• Problem-solving skills and ability to escalate issues as needed
• Willingness to work a variable schedule, including evening shifts and Saturdays

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Previous customer service experience in a call center environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Knowledge of automotive financing and industry terminology
• Ability to speak multiple languages
