Job Description:Infosys is seeking a Customer Service Representative to work from home in Bangalore, Karnataka. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be independent and reliable, with excellent people management and presentation skills.Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, or chat
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with team members to ensure overall customer satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to effectively assist customers
• Meet and exceed performance goals set by the company
• Build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service
