Your main goal will be to assist our customers with their inquiries, provide information and resolve any issues they may have efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities: • - Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat

• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

• Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems and complaints

• Utilize knowledge to answer customer questions and provide recommendations

• Process orders and returns accurately

• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times

Requirements: • -High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant experience preferred.

• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

• Exceptional typing and computer skills.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
