Your performance will be judged based on your personal and productivity goals, as well as your ability to provide a superior in-store experience for each Customer.

Responsibilities: • By having a thorough understanding of the products offered and working seamlessly with colleagues, customers can be satisfied with the level of sales service provided • Thriving in the retail industry requires meeting sales targets, surpassing customer expectations, and achieving operational goals • Surround yourself with positive influences and seek support from friends, family, or a mentor • Builds rapport with every customer by asking open-ended questions to assess their requirements • Talent in Acquiring and Broadcasting Expertise on Products and Trends to Fulfill Customers’ Expectations • Constantly develops their knowledge of product-related information, including upcoming releases and noteworthy industry trends • Encouraging open communication and actively listening to the concerns and suggestions of all employees promotes a collaborative and welcoming work culture

Qualifications: • If you have worked in retail for less than three years, you are still considered a beginner or an entry-level employee in this industry. However, your experience, no matter how short, can still be valuable in building your skills and knowledge in serving customers and managing retail operations • Providing world-class customer service requires feeling confident and at ease when interacting with patrons • Passion and excitement gained from customer service and athletic products motivate individuals to achieve outstanding results • Commences working on assignments or responsibilities without the need for constant guidance • The job entails a flexible schedule that encompasses availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays
