What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
 Work with patients, pharmacies, providers, and payors to facilitate insurance processes
 Verify patients' insurance coverage accurately
 Perform benefit investigations to determine coverage options
 Assist with appeal management for claim denials
 Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders involved
What Is Required (Qualifications)
 1 year of recent experience in medical insurance, medical claims, or medical billing
 Excellent interpersonal communication skills
 Exceptional communication and phone etiquette
 High-speed internet access and ability to work from home
 Must be available to work an 8-hour shift Monday through Friday between 7 am and 8 pm
