4-5 hr shift: Monday - Friday, 10am-3pm (some flexibility)
6 hr shift: Monday - Friday, 11:30am-6:30pm, unpaid lunch break
Seeking professional and with excellent customer service and web-based data portal management. Bilingual Spanish a must. Responsible for the intake process.
Tasks include but not limited to; answering / routing calls, intake process of registration applications via online portal, payments, filing and data management through Vision Member Tracking. Monitor/manage flow of pedestrian traffic entering and leaving the building, with special attention to safety at all times.
DAYS AND HOURS REQUIRED
â¬Ä½ Monday - Friday (September - June)
â¬Ä½ Summer: Monday â¬Ä¾ Friday, 8:30am â¬Ä¾ 5:00pm (exact time may vary)
Requirements: â¬Ä½ 21 + years or older â¬Ä½ College or Degree (Associates/BA) preferred â¬Ä½ Experience working with children, Boys & Girls Club experience a plus++ â¬Ä½ Education background in computer and internet systems, data entry or other related field. â¬Ä½ Strong Technical skills: proficient in MS Word, Excel and publisher; online registration portal process. â¬Ä½ Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. â¬Ä½ Demonstrates the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. â¬Ä½ Demonstrate ability in working with young people and parents. â¬Ä½ Must possess necessary skills to properly instruct and guide youth. â¬Ä½ Must be take initiative, be creative, resourceful and motivated

â¬Ä½ Remain ever vigilant regarding member safety and security.
â¬Ä½ Thoroughly understand all emergency procedures (Fire, crisis, etc.).
â¬Ä½ Maintain clean and well-organized space/lobby at all times.
â¬Ä½ Develop and implement a positive and inclusive membership application and fee intake process that informs and welcomes parents; including Club tours, form review, answering questions, and assisting new families as necessary.
â¬Ä½ Create and provide communication materials to parents, school or community members/organizations.
â¬Ä½ Type correspondence and spreadsheets, maintain accurate computer records and generate reports, to include: Average Daily Attendance, program activity participation records as it pertains to various grants and funding source
Additional Requirements: â¬Ä½ Ability to perform gross and fine motor activities required for typing, writing, simple manipulations such as telephone buttons, computer keyboards, fax machine buttons, etc. â¬Ä½ Visual acuity for accurate reading, typing, filing and use of computer screen. â¬Ä½ Ability to work at a rapid pace and where frequent interruptions and changes in plans or deadlines may occur. â¬Ä½ Hearing is needed for purposes of business related phone communications, public broadcasts, answering incoming calls, etc. â¬Ä½ Ability to lift and carry 15 to 50 lbs office supplies, audio equipment , and other items needed for the preparation and takedown of special events. â¬Ä½ Ability to bend, twist, reach, stoop, squat for filing and retrieval of stored files and supplies.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
